The undersigned is basically an ex-bank manager with 12 years of banking experience. As a consultant we have experience of more than 25 years in handling various types of credit requirements of the borrowers. We have extended our services to many clients of many nationalized / private banks like State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Bank of Baroda, Bank of Maharashtra, Catholic Syrian Bank Ltd, Indian Overseas Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Union Bank of India, Canara Bank Central Bank of India etc. Our scope of work include: • Diagnosis of Customer’s Requirement and calling for back-papers as per checklist of respective banks, preferably at one go. • Study of back-papers and preparation of Application for Advance, business profile, along with other requirements like CMA data, review of business, net worth statements and other related enclosures – on behalf of the customers. • Submission of Draft Appraisal Note – including CMA refinement, appraisal note/ board note/ process note as the case may be, general remarks, terms and conditions, net worth analysis and credit rating- risk rating as well as interest rating etc, wherever necessary, in soft copy to Banks for their approval / minor changes if any and assistance in finalization of the appraisal for sanction - on behalf of the bank which normally reduces much of the time involved in processing / appraisal. • All these exercise will be complete in a maximum period of four / five days, subject to availability of all information and backpapers from the customer.

Senior Finance Manager, Strategic Analytics and Reporting gRED Finance As a key contributor to the Genentech Research and Early Development ("gRED") Finance team, the Senior Finance Manager, Strategic Analytics and Reporting, will lead financial planning, performance and risk analyses supporting Project Portfolio, Functional and Corporate Finance executive leadership. The position requires a hands-on professional who is passionate about financial data mining, structuring and quality enhancing to derive clear and robust strategic analyses that lead to insightful business decisions with positive contribution to gRED drug development mission. This position will be a key cross-functional interface between functional and project finance groups. It is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Research and Project Finance. Responsibilities: * Flexibly execute on diverse assignments from Sr Finance Leadership in a fast pace environment (e.g. project portfolio analytics, spending forecasts, cost benchmarking, cost/risk analysis, strategic communication, financial model quality enhancement etc); * Creatively problem-solve through structuring, modeling, consolidating and analyzing financial data; * Strategically distillate large sets of information into compelling business conclusions and clear presentations; * Diplomatically liaise and align stakeholders in an intense project-function matrix and global environment; * Constructively propose and implement enhancements to financial systems and models supporting analyses; * Eagerly seek and apply knowledge of biopharma early development operational drivers in strategic finance analyses. ROLE Heading up PayPal’s European Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, this position is a member of and partners with the European Management team as well as Corporate FP&A team to provide strategic & operational analytical insights and associated actions, financial planning and reporting as well as effective financial control to assist the business maintain and accelerate its high growth trajectory. RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide detailed strategic insight into the dynamics of the differing parts of the EU business (on-eBay, merchant services, financial products and new business opportunities) and recommend associated actions. • Work with EU CFO, CEO and local Business Unit management to create monthly forecasts, quarterly targets and annual budgets for the region that meet group objectives. Partner with the business to meet the operating plan. • Extract, analyse and collate data from a variety of sources to create both regular and ad hoc reporting plus insightful commentary for senior EU management and global finance teams. • Drive optimal decision making through extensive financial and quantitative analysis, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Net Present Value modelling. • Partner with Business Unit management to regularly identify and evaluate financial issues and business opportunities. • Develop a deep understanding of all costs associated with the European Income Statement, and manage the business growth with expanded margins. • Successfully manage, coach and develop the EU FP&A team comprising 8 permanent and 2/3 interns who are highly talented and motivated professionals, providing leadership, challenging assignments, and career paths. • Collaborate extensively with EU and global Finance management across the eBay Inc group
